DELIVERY & PAYMENT METHODS

DELIVERY SERVICE

Within Croatia, we send packages via DPD delivery service and via Box Now parcel machines.

For orders outside Croatia, I send packages via Croatian Post (HP).

Outside of Croatia, we send packages to the following countries: Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Czech Republic, France, Italy, Hungary, Macedonia, Germany, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Serbia, Spain, Switzerland.

DELIVERY COSTS

The costs of packaging and delivery within Croatia for orders up to €119 are €5 for DPD delivery service, and €2 for Box Now. For deliveries outside Croatia, the costs of delivery are €15.

For all other amounts above €119, delivery costs are free within the Republic of Croatia.

DELIVERY DEADLINE

Considering that all products are made to order, the production time is up to three weeks from the date of the order after the payment has been made. Upon completion of the order, the Customer will be notified of the delivery of the package to the delivery service. The delivery time within Croatia is 1 to 3 working days for DPD, 2 to 4 working days via Box Now.

The delivery time for deliveries outside Croatia is 7 to 10 working days.

If we are unable to deliver the products within the specified period, we will inform the Customer in a timely manner and provide a new, shortest possible delivery date.

PERSONAL PICKUP

Personal pickup of the completed order is possible in Livana by arrangement.

All prices in the store are expressed in Euro (€).

We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice.

The Pellos online store allows the following payment methods:

Payment via account (transaction)

The information required for payment is sent to the e-mail address specified in the order, including the account number to which the Customer should pay the amount of the order. The customer can make a payment via internet banking or payment at a bank, post office, FINI (Financial Agency), etc.

Card payments

Payment by card is made
with the latest data protection standards via the Stripe platform. The order can only be paid for once. Card payments are available for all deliveries within Croatia, as well as for all other EU countries to which deliveries are made listed in the DELIVERY section.

It is possible to cancel the order by e-mail 3 days from the day it was placed. In this case, a refund will be possible. After that, it is no longer possible to cancel the order because they are made exclusively at the customer's request.

After payment is made, orders are processed in the order they are received, and the final delivery time is up to 3 weeks.
