These terms and conditions define the rules for using the web shop, the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Merchant. By purchasing products through the web shop, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

3. PRODUCT OFFER AND DESCRIPTION
Products on the webshop are not immediately available for delivery. All products from the offer are made to order. Please carefully review the offer and read the detailed product descriptions before purchasing. All product information including dimensions, material types and colors can be found on the product page.
4. ORDERING PRODUCTS
The purchase is made by selecting the product and all its characteristics. Products are made to order, which makes each product unique, so please pay attention to all the options offered when defining your final product. For each product, it is possible to add additional notes if you have them. After defining the final product, the next step is to add it to the cart and fill in the necessary information for delivery and payment. After confirming the order, the buyer receives an e-mail with the order details.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
Product prices are listed on the website www.pellosleather.com and are expressed in euros (€).
The merchant reserves the right to change product prices and special offers on the site without prior notice. Prices, payment terms and special offers are valid only at the time of ordering and/or payment.
Payment is possible via bank transaction.
6. DELIVERY
Delivery is made upon completion of the order, and no later than three weeks from the date of order via DPD delivery service in Croatia. The delivery time depends on the customer's location and is approximately 1-2 business days.
7. RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
Considering that the products are made according to the customer's order and wishes, it is not possible to return the product. Refunds are only possible in the event of an error by the Merchant, who then bears the costs of the refund. Complaints due to damage and malfunction are submitted by e-mail with attached pictures of the damage or the wrong product.
8. DATA PROTECTION

9. CHANGE OF BUSINESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The merchant reserves the right to change the terms of business at any time. All changes become effective upon publication on the website.
